What’s the difference?

  • Refinery is the platform. You install an SDK, call the API, and IronLabs routes your prompts intelligently across providers — with Custom Routers trained on your data, prompt optimization, and agent optimization built in.
  • Foundry is the product on top of that platform. You open a chat, type, get a routed reply, and the model decision is shown right under the answer.
